First days in Nepal. Take 2.

So I finally starting my blog 3 weeks after starting traveling, done with nepal, now I'm in Lebanon. Sadly I'm also sitting in an airport office because of problems with my bloody visa, joy!
Right, first thing first, on my last day in NZ I read through 900 pages of my 1000 page book and then finishing it about 5 min after getting on the plane when it was supposed to last me the whole flight.  In my defense it was a really good book.
I arrived in kathmandu after 20 or so hours of traveling, found a hotel and instantly went to sleep.
Before I start on day two I must confess that I, a 19 year old, was traveling with my parents , however they were paying for everything so it's alright.
So temples, temples, temples, kathmandu has lot's of them. With a taxi to navigate the battle that are the the streets, dodging pedestrians, motorcycles and random cows we go to monkey temple, something-or-another square and a big circle buddist pyramid were I buy jandels and the shop girls bargains for me.
Nice rooftop dinner with a kiwi who reconizes my shirt, crows cawing in the background.
Day 2 we go to 1000 year old temples where the living goddess lives and go to the museum.  In the afternoon we get a tour guide showing us around where bodies are cremated in public in the river that goes into the Ganges.
We finished off by going to a temple/market/slum district and a rest day.
